Turnkey cleanrooms

Cleanrooms, from design to validation.

ISO 14644-classified, GMP-validated cleanrooms for pharmaceuticals, hospitals, laboratories and electronics — designed, built and maintained by one team.

What a cleanroom is

A space where every particle in the air is controlled.

A cleanroom keeps airborne particle concentration below a precise limit set by its ISO class. To achieve this, air is HEPA-filtered and supplied at a controlled rate, while pressure, temperature and humidity are held constant.

A cleanroom is more than a room with filters: wall and floor materials, personnel and material airlocks, the pressure cascade between rooms and working discipline all matter. We design them together, from the start.

Aer Tech has been building and maintaining cleanrooms for more than 30 years — for operating theatres, laboratories, pharmaceutical production and industry.

What we build

Everything that turns a room into a cleanroom.

We deliver the complete cleanroom: building services, construction, controls and validation documentation.

ISO Class 5–8 cleanrooms

Classification to ISO 14644-1 and GMP Grades A–D, according to process and regulatory requirements.

Laminar flow and FFUs

Laminar flow ceilings, fan filter units (FFU) and HEPA terminal diffusers for unidirectional airflow.

Dedicated air handling units

Hygienic AHUs with staged filtration, humidity control and energy recovery.

Modular walls and ceilings

Easy-to-clean modular panels, sealed doors, pass boxes and airlocks for personnel and materials.

Pressure control and monitoring

Pressure cascades between rooms and continuous monitoring of particles, temperature and humidity, with alarms.

Validation and requalification

IQ / OQ / PQ qualification, filter integrity tests, particle counting and periodic requalification.

Who it is for

Cleanrooms for every industry.

  • Pharmaceuticals — production, packaging, storage
  • Hospitals — operating theatres, ICUs, pharmacies, sterilisation
  • Research and biosafety laboratories
  • Electronics and microtechnology
  • Food and cosmetics industries
  • Medical devices
How we work

From user requirements to certificate.

  • Process and requirements analysis (URS)
  • Design: flows, classes, pressures, airflow rates
  • Turnkey execution with a single point of responsibility
  • Testing, classification and validation with full documentation
  • Maintenance, filter changes and requalification
FAQ

About cleanrooms.

What does a cleanroom's ISO class mean?

The ISO class (from ISO 1 to ISO 9) shows how many particles of a given size are allowed per cubic metre of air. The lower the number, the cleaner the room. Operating theatres often work at ISO 5–7, while pharmaceutical production has its own GMP Grades A–D.

How long does it take to build a cleanroom?

It depends on size and complexity. A small modular cleanroom can be ready within a few weeks; a complete pharmaceutical facility with GMP validation usually takes a few months.

What does cleanroom validation involve?

Validation proves, with documents, that the installation was installed correctly (IQ), operates as designed (OQ) and maintains conditions during real operation (PQ). It includes filter integrity tests and airflow, pressure and particle measurements.

Do you maintain existing cleanrooms?

Yes. We take over maintenance of existing cleanrooms, including those built by other companies: filter changes, periodic tests, requalification and emergency repairs.

Planning a cleanroom?

Tell us the process, the class you need and the floor area. Our engineers will propose a solution and the steps to validation.
