HVAC automation and monitoring and control systems.
All of your building's air conditioning, ventilation and heating, seen and controlled from one place — with real-time alarms and energy use under control.
A good HVAC system without automation only does half its job.
Without automation, equipment runs at fixed output, sometimes overnight and at weekends, and a fault is noticed only once the room heats up. HVAC automation starts, stops and adjusts every unit as needed and alerts you the moment something is wrong.
We integrate air conditioning, air handling units, chillers, heat pumps, fans and UPS systems into a single monitoring and control system on open protocols. You are never locked into one manufacturer.
In office buildings, the right automation typically cuts the energy used for climate control significantly; in server rooms and hospitals, it means faults are detected before they become downtime.
24/7 alarmsFrom a single control panel to a building-wide BMS.
We design, program and commission the automation, then maintain and improve it over time.
BMS systems
A building management system that centrally supervises and controls HVAC, lighting, power and safety systems.
HVAC controls
Control panels and programming for AHUs, chillers, heat pumps and fans: control loops, time schedules and cascade operation.
Remote monitoring
Temperatures, humidity, pressures and equipment status, visible on your computer or phone, wherever you are.
Alarms and escalation
Email, SMS or phone alarms, with automatic escalation to the response team if they are not acknowledged.
Energy monitoring
Sub-metering by circuit and unit, consumption reports and PUE tracking in data centers, for verifiable savings.
DCIM for data centers
Real-time visibility of capacity, power, cooling and alarms across the entire data center.
We integrate equipment from any manufacturer.
- BACnet — the open standard for building automation
- Modbus RTU / TCP — chillers, UPS units, meters
- KNX — room and home automation
- Interfaces for VRF systems and heat pumps
- Zigbee, Z-Wave and Matter for wireless retrofits
For any building with HVAC systems.
- Office buildings and company headquarters
- Server rooms and data centers
- Hospitals, cleanrooms and laboratories
- Hotels, malls and commercial buildings
- Industrial halls and warehouses
- Smart homes
About HVAC automation.
What is a BMS?
A BMS (Building Management System) brings all of a building's services — air conditioning, ventilation, heating, lighting, power — into one interface and allows them to be monitored and controlled centrally.
Can I automate an existing HVAC installation?
Yes, in most cases. We assess the existing equipment, check which communication interfaces it has and propose the right automation, without replacing the whole system.
How will I know if something fails at night or at the weekend?
The monitoring system sends alarms automatically by email, SMS or phone. For clients with a service agreement, alarms also go straight to our 24/7 response team.
How much can HVAC automation save?
It depends on the building and how the system ran before. Time schedules, occupancy-based control and energy monitoring usually bring significant savings, which you can follow directly in the consumption reports.
