What data we process and why
When you complete the contact or quote form
We process the data you send us: full name, email address, your message and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, solution of interest, industry, project location and timeline. Along with the message we receive your IP address, the date and time of submission, the page it was sent from and the page language.
We use this data to reply to you, prepare a quote and keep a record of our correspondence. The data is processed on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, when you request a quote, to take steps prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The IP address and technical data help us prevent abuse and unwanted messages, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your name, email and message are needed so that we can reply. Without them the form cannot be sent; you can still contact us directly by phone or email.
When you contact us by email or phone
We process the data you give us and the content of the correspondence, in order to reply and to prepare or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
When you apply for a job
If you send us a CV, we use its data to assess your application and contact you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
When you visit the website
The server hosting the website may automatically record technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages accessed, for the operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not carry out profiling or automated decisions.
How long we keep data
- Messages and quote requests that do not lead to a contract: at most 3 years from the last correspondence.
- Contract-related data: for the duration of the contract and then as long as legally required, including accounting and limitation periods.
- CVs: during recruitment and at most 1 year afterwards, if you were not hired.
- Server technical logs: for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data. Strictly for the services they provide to us, it may be accessed by our web hosting provider (Romarg), our email service provider, our accounting and legal advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it.
We do not intentionally transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Details about browser storage are in our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or for your data to be erased;
- ask for processing to be restricted and object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a structured format or have it sent to another controller, where the law allows;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, 28-30 G-ral Gheorghe Magheru Blvd, Sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.
Data security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the messages we receive is limited to the people who need them to reply to you.

We may update this policy when our activity or the law changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
